連鎖販売取引電子メール広告受託事業者
A person to whom an orchestrator (統括者), solicitor (勧誘者) or general multilevel marketing distributor (一般連鎖販売業者) has entrusted, all together, the tasks listed in Article 36-3, paragraph (5): getting recipients' consent to, or requests for, its multilevel marketing email advertising (連鎖販売取引電子メール広告), making and keeping the records of them, and showing recipients what they need to say they want no more.
The inspection certificate issued under Article 39, paragraph (1) or (2): by a registered agency for design reviews and post-manufacturing inspections (登録設計審査等機関) for mobile specified machinery (特定機械等) that has passed a post-manufacturing inspection, or by the Chief of the Labour Standards Inspection Office (労働基準監督署長) for specified machinery that has passed the inspection of its installation.
原付免許
A motorized bicycle license (原動機付自転車免許), the class 1 license (第一種免許) needed under Article 85, paragraph (1) to drive a general motorized bicycle (一般原動機付自転車).

通信販売電子メール広告受託事業者
A person to whom a seller or service provider has entrusted, all together, the tasks listed in Article 12-3, paragraph (5): getting recipients' consent to, or requests for, its mail order email advertising (通信販売電子メール広告), making and keeping the records of them, and showing recipients what they need to say they want no more.
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare's designation, under Article 7-2, paragraph (1), item (iii), of a funds transfer service provider (資金移動業者) that carries on Type II Funds Transfer Service (第二種資金移動業) and meets the requirements set out there, which is what allows a worker's wages to be paid into an account held with that provider.
Correspondence delivery (信書便) as defined in Article 2, paragraph 2 of the Act on Correspondence Delivery by Private Business Operators, carried out by a general correspondence delivery operator (一般信書便事業者) or specified correspondence delivery operator (特定信書便事業者) under that Act, which this law allows alongside the post for sending notices and documents.
