第二号改正後高確法（だいにごうかいせいごこうかくほう）

This Act as amended by Article 9 of Act No. 31 of 2015.

平成五年法律第二十四号（へいせいごねんほうりつだいにじゅうよんごう）

In Article 4(4) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 11 of 1978, Act No. 24 of 1993 — the 1993 law partially amending the law on assisting mergers of fishery cooperatives (漁業協同組合合併助成法) — called by its number.

平成四年法律第五十七号（へいせいよねんほうりつだいごじゅうしちごう）

In Article 4(4) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 11 of 1978, the Act Partially Amending the Act on Promotion of Merger of Agricultural Cooperatives (Act No. 57 of 1992), called by its number.

昭和六十二年法律第七十六号（しょうわろくじゅうにねんほうりつだいしちじゅうろくごう）

Short name, in Article 4 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 11 of 1978, for Act No. 76 of 1987, the 1987 Act partially amending the Forestry Cooperative Act and the Act on Promotion of Merger of Forestry Cooperatives.

番号通知日（ばんごうつうちび）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Ministry of Finance Order No. 53 of 2014, the day on which a person who had neither an individual nor a corporate number on his or her first payment day after the lapse date (経過日) is first notified of one under the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures.

第七号施行日（だいしちごうしこうび）

1 April 2018, the date the provisions listed in Article 1, item (vii) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 83 of 2014 come into effect.

第二号施行日（だいにごうしこうび）

The date the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the supplementary provisions of the amending law in question came into force.

第三号施行日（だいさんごうしこうび）

The date the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the supplementary provisions of the 2009 amending law (Act No. 79 of 2009) came into force.

第一号施行日（だいいちごうしこうび）

The date the provisions listed in Article 1, item (i) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 59 of 2022 come into effect — among them its amendments to Articles 13, 14, 18 to 20, 31, 34, 35 and 50 to 53 of this Act — which is a date set by Cabinet Order (政令) within one year and six months of that Act's promulgation (公布, its official publication).

第六号施行日（だいろくごうしこうび）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 14 of 2019, the date the provisions listed in Article 1, item (vi) of those supplementary provisions, Article 4 of that Act among them, come into effect, a date set by Cabinet Order (政令) within four years of that Act's promulgation.

法律第九十二号（ほうりつだいきゅうじゅうにごう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of later amending Acts from 1975 to 1985, the 1973 Act partially amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act and other Acts (Act No. 92 of 1973).

新暗号資産信用取引（しんあんごうしさんしんようとりひき）

In Article 12 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 3 of 2023, a crypto asset margin transaction (暗号資産信用取引) under Article 61, paragraph (8) of the Corporation Tax Act as amended by that Act that was not one under Article 61, paragraph (7) as it stood before; for those still open at the end of a business year that began before the Act came into effect, the corporation may apply the deemed-settlement rule of paragraph (8) if it booked the deemed settlement gains and losses in its finalized accounts.

第三号改正前高確法（だいさんごうかいせいまえこうかくほう）

This Act as it stood before Article 10 of Act No. 31 of 2015 amended it.

第七号新確定拠出年金法（だいしちごうしんかくていきょしゅつねんきんほう）

This Act as amended by Article 22 of Act No. 40 of 2020.

第二号新法（だいにごうしんぽう）

This Act as amended by Article 1 of Act No. 74 of 2015.

第六号施行日（だいろくごうしこうび）

The date the provisions listed in Article 1, item (vi) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 83 of 2014 come into effect, a date set by Cabinet Order (政令) no later than 1 April 2016.

第五号施行日（だいごごうしこうび）

1 October 2016, the date the provisions listed in Article 1, item (v) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 62 of 2012 come into effect.

番号未告知者（ばんごうみこくちしゃ）

In Article 87, paragraphs (3) and (4) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Ministry of Finance Order No. 53 of 2014, a person receiving interest or similar income on bearer bonds or similar securities under Article 51, paragraph (3) or Article 52, paragraph (2) of those supplementary provisions who has not given notice of his or her individual number under them.

第五号新医療法（だいごごうしんいりょうほう）

In Article 2, paragraph (2) of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 83 of 2014, the Medical Care Act as amended by the provisions of Article 4 of that Act listed in Article 1, item (v) of those supplementary provisions, which came into effect on 1 October 2015.

法律第三十四号（ほうりつだいさんじゅうよんごう）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 44 of 1987 and Act No. 56 of 1988, the 1985 Act partially amending the National Pension Act and other Acts (Act No. 34 of 1985).
