The standard motor vehicle license (普通自動車免許) of Article 84, paragraph (3) of the Road Traffic Act as amended by Article 4 of Act No. 90 of 2004, as Article 6, paragraph (1) of that Act's supplementary provisions (附則) names it in saying which license held under the earlier wording is deemed to be which license under the new one; some standard motor vehicle licenses held under the earlier wording are deemed to be this one with a limitation on the vehicles it covers.

外国人住民（がいこくじんじゅうみん）

A person without Japanese nationality who has an address in a municipality and is a mid- to long-term resident (中長期在留者), a special permanent resident (特別永住者), a person granted landing permission for temporary refuge or permission for provisional stay, or a person allowed to stay on for up to 60 days after birth in Japan or loss of Japanese nationality (経過滞在者).

確定申告書（かくていしんこくしょ）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 8 of 2020, a final return as defined in Article 2, item (xxxi) of the Corporation Tax Act: a return under Article 74, paragraph (1) or Article 144-6, paragraph (1) or (2) of that Act, including one filed after the due date.

In Article 3 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 90 of 1966, a contract of automobile liability insurance (自動車損害賠償責任保険) for a small-sized special purpose vehicle for farm work (農耕作業用小型特殊自動車).

Short name for the Act Partially Amending the Income Tax Act, etc. (Act No. 9 of 2015).
