If the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism finds it necessary in order to enforce this Act, the Minister may have the Organization make a report with respect to its operations, or have the Minister's officials enter the offices or other places of business of the Organization and inspect the status of its operations or its books and documents and other articles.
国土交通大臣は、この法律を施行するため必要があると認めるときは、協会に対しその業務に関し報告をさせ、又はその職員に、協会の事務所その他の事業場に立ち入り、業務の状況若しくは帳簿書類その他の物件を検査させることができる。
When conducting an on-site inspection pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the official concerned must carry a certificate showing the official's identity and present it if requested by a person concerned.
前項の規定により立入検査をする場合においては、当該職員は、その身分を示す証票を携帯し、かつ、関係者の請求があるときは、これを提示しなければならない。
The authority to conduct on-site inspections under paragraph (1) must not be construed as being vested for criminal investigation.
第一項の規定による立入検査の権限は、犯罪捜査のために認められたものと解釈してはならない。
