The appointment and dismissal of officers do not take effect unless authorization of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is obtained.
役員の選任及び解任は、国土交通大臣の認可を受けなければ、その効力を生じない。
If an officer has committed an act in violation of this Act, an order or disposition based on this Act, the articles of incorporation, the statement of business procedures, or the inspection work rules prescribed in Article 76-30, paragraph (1), or has committed a grossly inappropriate act in relation to the business of the Organization, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism may order the Organization, specifying a period, to dismiss that officer.
国土交通大臣は、役員が、この法律、この法律に基づく命令若しくは処分、定款、業務方法書若しくは第七十六条の三十第一項に規定する検査事務規程に違反する行為をしたとき、又は協会の業務に関し著しく不適当な行為をしたときは、協会に対し、期間を指定して、その役員を解任すべきことを命ずることができる。
The Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism may dismiss an officer if the Organization does not dismiss the officer in the case where the officer has come to fall under any of the items of Article 76-18, or if the Organization has failed to comply with an order under the preceding paragraph.
