Article 74-6Entrustment of Affairs Relating to Records of Change of Motor Vehicle Inspection Certificates
第七十四条の六（自動車検査証の変更記録に関する事務の委託）
The Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism may, as prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, entrust the affairs relating to the record of change of the motor vehicle inspection certificate under Article 67, paragraph (1) (excluding the examination of whether it is appropriate to make the record of change and other affairs prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) to a person who meets the requirements prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
国土交通大臣は、国土交通省令で定めるところにより、第六十七条第一項の自動車検査証の変更記録に関する事務（変更記録をすることが適当であるかどうかの審査その他国土交通省令で定める事務を除く。）を国土交通省令で定める要件を備える者に委託することができる。
A person who has received entrustment under the preceding paragraph (referred to as "specified change recording agent" in the following paragraph and Article 100, paragraph (1), item (ix)) must not do any of the following:
where a person who is to have a record of change made on a motor vehicle inspection certificate pursuant to Article 67, paragraph (1) so requests, failing to make the record on that motor vehicle inspection certificate without a disaster or other unavoidable reason;
第六十七条第一項の規定により自動車検査証の変更記録を受けるべき者の請求がある場合において、災害その他やむを得ない事由がないのに当該自動車検査証への記録をしないこと。
in the case prescribed in the preceding item, making a record on a motor vehicle inspection certificate other than that motor vehicle inspection certificate.
前号に規定する場合において、当該自動車検査証以外の自動車検査証への記録をすること。
Article 28, paragraph (1) and Article 28-2, paragraph (1) apply mutatis mutandis to the case where a specified change recording agent carries out the affairs relating to the record of change of motor vehicle inspection certificates.
第二十八条第一項及び第二十八条の二第一項の規定は、特定変更記録事務代行者が自動車検査証の変更記録に関する事務を行う場合について準用する。
