In applying the provisions of this Chapter (excluding Article 61-2, Article 63, paragraph (1), Articles 63-2 to 63-4, Article 71-2, paragraph (2), Articles 74 to this Article, Articles 75 to 75-3, Article 75-5 and Article 75-6) to light motor vehicle inspection work conducted by the Light Motor Vehicle Inspection Organization, "Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism" in those provisions is to be read as "Light Motor Vehicle Inspection Organization".
軽自動車検査協会が行う軽自動車の検査事務に関してこの章（第六十一条の二、第六十三条第一項、第六十三条の二から第六十三条の四まで、第七十一条の二第二項、第七十四条からこの条まで、第七十五条から第七十五条の三まで、第七十五条の五及び第七十五条の六を除く。）の規定を適用する場合においては、これらの規定中「国土交通大臣」とあるのは、「軽自動車検査協会」とする。
