Article 103-2Requests for Review of Dispositions, etc. Made by the Organization
第百三条の二（協会がした処分等に係る審査請求）
A person dissatisfied with a disposition relating to light motor vehicle inspection work conducted by the Organization, or its failure to act, may file a request for review with the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. In this case, the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is deemed to be the superior administrative agency of the Organization for the purpose of the application of Article 25, paragraphs (2) and (3), Article 46, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 47 and Article 49, paragraph (3) of the Administrative Complaint Review Act.
