Supplementary Provisions, Article 31Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Act on Special Accounts
第三十一条（特別会計に関する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 382 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Special Accounts as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article during the period from the effective date until the day before the item (iii) effective date, the phrase "Article 119-2, paragraph (4), Article 120, paragraph (3)" in that Article is deemed to be replaced with "Article 120, paragraph (3)".
施行日から第三号施行日の前日までの間における前条の規定による改正後の特別会計に関する法律附則第三百八十二条の規定の適用については、同条中「第百十九条の二第四項、第百二十条第三項」とあるのは、「第百二十条第三項」とする。
