第二条（不動産登記法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 18, item (i) of the Real Property Registration Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "new Real Property Registration Act" in this paragraph), as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 131, paragraph (4) of the new Real Property Registration Act, apply to the procedures for parcel boundary demarcation designated by the Minister of Justice for each Legal Affairs Bureau or District Legal Affairs Bureau as the procedures for parcel boundary demarcation (meaning the procedure for parcel boundary demarcation under the provisions of Chapter VI, Section 2 of the new Real Property Registration Act; the same applies hereinafter in this paragraph) in which an application for parcel boundary demarcation may be filed by the method prescribed in that item, as from the date of the designation.
第一条の規定による改正後の不動産登記法（以下この項において「新不動産登記法」という。）第百三十一条第四項において準用する新不動産登記法第十八条第一号の規定は、法務局又は地方法務局ごとに同号に規定する方法による筆界特定の申請をすることができる筆界特定の手続（新不動産登記法第六章第二節の規定による筆界特定の手続をいう。以下この項において同じ。）として法務大臣が指定した筆界特定の手続について、その指定の日から適用する。
The designation under the provisions of the preceding paragraph must be made by public notice.
前項の規定による指定は、告示してしなければならない。
