Supplementary Provisions, Article 13Delegation to Ministry of Justice Order
第十三条（法務省令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, the necessary transitional measures concerning the procedure for registration upon the amendment of the Real Property Registration Act by this Act are specified by Ministry of Justice Order.
この附則に定めるもののほか、この法律による不動産登記法の改正に伴う登記の手続に関し必要な経過措置は、法務省令で定める。
