With regard to the security deposit prescribed in Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Civil Code, etc. to Improve Security Interests and the Civil Enforcement System (Act No. 134 of 2003), the provisions then in force continue to govern. In this case, the phrase "Article 132, paragraph (1) of the Real Property Registration Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2" in that Article is to be deemed to be replaced with "Article 81, item (iv) of the Real Property Registration Act (Act No. 123 of 2004)".
