A prefectural governor must, if a real estate transaction specialist who has obtained the registration of said prefectural governor falls under any of the following items, cancel said registration:
都道府県知事は、その登録を受けている宅地建物取引士が次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合においては、当該登録を消除しなければならない。
when the real estate transaction specialist comes to fall under any of Article 18, paragraph (1), items (i) through (viii) or item (xii);
第十八条第一項第一号から第八号まで又は第十二号のいずれかに該当するに至つたとき。
when the transaction specialist obtains a registration as provided for in Article 18, paragraph (1), by unlawful means;
不正の手段により第十八条第一項の登録を受けたとき。
when the real estate transaction specialist is issued a real estate Transaction Specialist Identification Card by unlawful means;
不正の手段により宅地建物取引士証の交付を受けたとき。
when the real estate transaction specialist falls under any of the items of paragraph (1) of the preceding article under particularly serious circumstances or when the real estate transaction specialist contravenes a disposition consisting of the prohibition of duties under paragraph (2) or (4) of the same article.
If a person who has obtained a registration as provided for in Article 18, paragraph (1), and who has not been issued a real estate Transaction Specialist Identification Card falls under any of the following items, the prefectural governor who carried out said registration must delete said registration:
第十八条第一項の登録を受けている者で宅地建物取引士証の交付を受けていないものが次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合においては、当該登録をしている都道府県知事は、当該登録を消除しなければならない。
when the person comes to fall under any of Article 18, paragraph (1), items (i) through (viii) or item (xii);
第十八条第一項第一号から第八号まで又は第十二号のいずれかに該当するに至つたとき。
when the person obtains a registration as provided for in Article 18, paragraph (1), by unlawful means;
不正の手段により第十八条第一項の登録を受けたとき。
when the person engages, under particularly serious circumstances, in processes that said person is to carry out as a real estate transaction specialist.
宅地建物取引士としてすべき事務を行い、情状が特に重いとき。
