Article 64-15Depositing a security deposit for operations where the status of the membership is forfeited
第六十四条の十五（社員の地位を失つた場合の営業保証金の供託）
If a Real Estate Broker forfeits its status as a member of a Real Estate Transaction Guarantee Association on or after the date for the commencement of Repayment Services as designated by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism pursuant to the provisions of Article 64-8, paragraph (1), the Real Estate Broker must deposit a security deposit for operations pursuant to the provisions of Article 25, paragraphs (1) through (3), within one week of the date of said forfeiture of status. The provisions of paragraph (4) of the same article apply to such a case.
宅地建物取引業者は、第六十四条の八第一項の規定により国土交通大臣の指定する弁済業務開始日以後に宅地建物取引業保証協会の社員の地位を失つたときは、当該地位を失つた日から一週間以内に、第二十五条第一項から第三項までの規定により営業保証金を供託しなければならない。この場合においては、同条第四項の規定の適用があるものとする。
