If matters equivalent to the address of the person responsible for managing the personal data and, for a corporation, the name of its representative, as prescribed in Article 23, paragraph (5), item (iii) of the New Act on the Protection of Personal Information, have been notified to the identifiable person before the Effective Date, that notice is deemed to have been given pursuant to the provisions of that item.
