Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Concerning the Effect of Orders
第五条（命令の効力に関する経過措置）
A Cabinet Office Order set forth in Article 7, paragraph (3) of the Act for Establishment of the Cabinet Office or a Ministerial Order set forth in Article 12, paragraph (1) of the National Government Organization Act issued pursuant to the provisions of the Former Laws and Regulations is to remain in force as the corresponding Cabinet Office Order set forth in Article 7, paragraph (3) of the Act for Establishment of the Cabinet Office or the corresponding Ministerial Order set forth in Article 12, paragraph (1) of the National Government Organization Act issued pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the New Laws and Regulations, except as otherwise specified in laws and orders.
