Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning the Consent of the Identifiable Person
第二条（本人の同意に関する経過措置）
If there is consent of the identifiable person concerning the handling of personal information on the identifiable person that was given before the enforcement of this Act, and that consent corresponds to consent to the handling of personal information for a purpose other than the purpose of use specified under Article 15, paragraph (1), the consent referred to in Article 16, paragraph (1) or (2) is deemed to have been given.
