Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Local Independent Administrative Agency Act (Act No. 118 of 2003) comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following item come into effect as of the date specified in that item.
この法律は、地方独立行政法人法（平成十五年法律第百十八号）の施行の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
