Supplementary Provisions, Article 4
第四条
A person who is actually registered under Article 63-2 of the Former Payment Services Act at the time this Act comes into effect (including a person who has obtained registration under Article 63-2 of the Former Payment Services Act, as to which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions) is deemed to have been registered under Article 63-2 of the New Payment Services Act.
この法律の施行の際現に旧資金決済法第六十三条の二の登録を受けている者（附則第七条の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされた旧資金決済法第六十三条の二の登録を受けた者を含む。）は、新資金決済法第六十三条の二の登録を受けたものとみなす。
The register of virtual currency exchange service providers under Article 63-4, paragraph (1) of the Former Payment Services Act is deemed to be the register of cryptoasset service providers under Article 63-4, paragraph (1) of the New Payment Services Act.
旧資金決済法第六十三条の四第一項の規定による仮想通貨交換業者登録簿は、新資金決済法第六十三条の四第一項の規定による暗号資産交換業者登録簿とみなす。
