第三条
A person who may engage in cryptoasset management business pursuant to paragraph (1) of the preceding Article must notify the Prime Minister of the person's trade name and address within two weeks from the Effective Date.
In the case where a person who may engage in cryptoasset management business pursuant to paragraph (1) of the preceding Article fails to make the notification under the preceding paragraph or makes a false notification, paragraph (1) of that Article does not apply to that person on or after the day on which the period prescribed in the preceding paragraph has elapsed.
