Article 63-22-25Prohibition of Solicitation by Foreign Electronic Payment Instruments and Cryptoasset Intermediary Service Providers
第六十三条の二十二の二十五（外国電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業者の勧誘の禁止）
A foreign electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary service provider that has not received the registration under Article 63-22-2 must not engage in solicitation of a person in Japan regarding the acts set forth in the items of Article 2, paragraph (18) or equivalent acts.
第六十三条の二十二の二の登録を受けていない外国電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業者は、国内にある者に対して、第二条第十八項各号に掲げる行為又はこれらに相当する行為の勧誘をしてはならない。
