Supplementary Provisions, Article 13
第十三条
A person who, at the time of enforcement of this Act, is subject to the provisions of Article 116 or Article 116-2, paragraph (1) or (2) of the National Health Insurance Act Before the 2018 Amendment, or Article 5-2, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, is deemed to be a person subject to the provisions of Article 116 or Article 116-2, paragraph (1) or (2) of the National Health Insurance Act as Amended in 2018, or Article 5-2, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act.
この法律の施行の際現に平成三十年改正前国保法第百十六条、第百十六条の二第一項若しくは第二項又は附則第五条の二第一項若しくは第二項の規定の適用を受けている者については、平成三十年改正後国保法第百十六条、第百十六条の二第一項若しくは第二項又は附則第五条の二第一項若しくは第二項の規定の適用を受けている者とみなす。
