第十四条
The provisions then in force continue to govern the subsidy for medical treatment benefit expenses, etc. concerning the Municipality to which retired insured persons, etc. belong (meaning the Municipality to which retired insured persons, etc. belong prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Health Insurance Act Before the 2018 Amendment) for each of fiscal year 2017 and earlier fiscal years.
平成二十九年度以前の各年度の退職被保険者等所属市町村（平成三十年改正前国保法附則第七条第一項に規定する退職被保険者等所属市町村をいう。）に係る療養給付費等交付金については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions then in force continue to govern the estimated contributions for medical treatment benefit expenses, etc. and the finalized contributions for medical treatment benefit expenses, etc. concerning insurers of employee insurance, etc. (meaning the insurers of employee insurance, etc. prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (3) of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People) for each of fiscal year 2017 and earlier fiscal years.
平成二十九年度以前の各年度の被用者保険等保険者（高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律第七条第三項に規定する被用者保険等保険者をいう。）に係る概算療養給付費等拠出金及び確定療養給付費等拠出金については、なお従前の例による。
