第十二条
The provisions of Article 76 of the National Health Insurance Act as Amended in 2018 apply to national health insurance premiums for fiscal year 2018 and subsequent fiscal years, and the provisions then in force continue to govern those premiums for fiscal year 2017 and earlier fiscal years.
平成三十年改正後国保法第七十六条の規定は、平成三十年度以後の年度分の国民健康保険の保険料について適用し、平成二十九年度以前の年度分の当該保険料については、なお従前の例による。
