Supplementary Provisions, Article 11
第十一条
The provisions of the National Health Insurance Act as Amended in 2018 apply to medical treatment provided on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern medical treatment provided before the Effective Date.
平成三十年改正後国保法の規定は、施行日以後に行われた療養について適用し、施行日前に行われた療養については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to, among the insurance benefits provided by Municipalities pursuant to the provisions of the National Health Insurance Act Before the 2018 Amendment, the expenses required for benefits for medical treatment claimed on or after the Effective Date and the expenses required for the payment of insurance benefits (excluding benefits for medical treatment) paid on or after the Effective Date, the provisions of Chapter V of the National Health Insurance Act as Amended in 2018 apply, deeming them to be expenses required for insurance benefits provided by Municipalities pursuant to the provisions of the National Health Insurance Act as Amended in 2018.
平成三十年改正前国保法の規定により市町村が行う保険給付のうち施行日以後に請求される療養の給付に要する費用及び施行日以後に支給する保険給付（療養の給付を除く。）の支給に要する費用については、平成三十年改正後国保法の規定により市町村が行う保険給付に要する費用とみなして、平成三十年改正後国保法第五章の規定を適用する。
