Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Transitional Measures Accompanying Partial Amendment of the Act Partially Amending the National Health Insurance Act, etc. to Ensure Stable Operation of the Medical Insurance System
第八条（医療保険制度の安定的運営を図るための国民健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 4, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the National Health Insurance Act, etc. to Ensure Stable Operation of the Medical Insurance System, as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article, apply to the shares of the national treasury for the expenses required for benefits for medical treatment provided on or after March 1, 2012, and for payment of expenses for Dietary Treatment for inpatients, Living Support expenses for inpatients, medical expenses combined with treatment outside insurance coverage, medical expenses, medical expenses for home-nursing, special medical expenses, transport expenses, high-cost medical expenses and expenses for high-cost medical treatment combined with long-term care paid on or after April 1 of that year, and for payment of the young-old payment, old-old aid and bed conversion support payment under the provisions of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People for fiscal year 2012 and of the payment under the provisions of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act for that fiscal year, while the provisions then in force continue to govern the shares of the national treasury for the expenses required for benefits for medical treatment provided before March 1 of that year, and for payment of expenses for Dietary Treatment for inpatients, Living Support expenses for inpatients, medical expenses combined with treatment outside insurance coverage, medical expenses, medical expenses for home-nursing, special medical expenses, transport expenses, high-cost medical expenses and expenses for high-cost medical treatment combined with long-term care paid before April 1 of that year, and for payment of the young-old payment, old-old aid and bed conversion support payment under the provisions of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People for fiscal year 2011 or earlier and of the payment under the provisions of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act for that fiscal year or earlier.
前条の規定による改正後の医療保険制度の安定的運営を図るための国民健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律附則第四条第二項の規定は、平成二十四年三月一日以後に行われた療養の給付並びに同年四月一日以後に支給された入院時食事療養費、入院時生活療養費、保険外併用療養費、療養費、訪問看護療養費、特別療養費、移送費、高額療養費及び高額介護合算療養費の支給に要する費用並びに平成二十四年度の高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律の規定による前期高齢者納付金、後期高齢者支援金及び病床転換支援金並びに同年度の介護保険法の規定による納付金の納付に要する費用についての国庫負担金について適用し、同年三月一日前に行われた療養の給付並びに同年四月一日前に支給された入院時食事療養費、入院時生活療養費、保険外併用療養費、療養費、訪問看護療養費、特別療養費、移送費、高額療養費及び高額介護合算療養費の支給に要する費用並びに平成二十三年度以前の高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律の規定による前期高齢者納付金、後期高齢者支援金及び病床転換支援金並びに同年度以前の介護保険法の規定による納付金の納付に要する費用についての国庫負担金については、なお従前の例による。
