第四条
The provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the amount to be borne by the national government toward Municipalities under Article 70, paragraph (1) of the Revised National Health Insurance Act in fiscal year 2013. In this case, the phrase "in fiscal year 2012" in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article is deemed to be replaced with "in fiscal year 2013", and the phrase "fiscal year 2012" in items (ii) through (v), item (vii) and item (viii) of that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "fiscal year 2013" and the phrase "fiscal year 2010" with "fiscal year 2011".
前条第一項の規定は、平成二十五年度における新国保法第七十条第一項の規定により国が市町村に対して負担する額について準用する。この場合において、前条第一項中「平成二十四年度に」とあるのは「平成二十五年度に」と、同項第二号から第五号まで、第七号及び第八号中「平成二十四年度」とあるのは「平成二十五年度」と、「平成二十二年度」とあるのは「平成二十三年度」と読み替えるものとする。
The provisions of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the application of the provisions of paragraph (1) of that Article as applied mutatis mutandis in the preceding paragraph to a Municipality, etc. reducing co-payments. In this case, the phrase "item (i) of that paragraph" in paragraph (2) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "item (i) of the preceding paragraph as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (1) of the following Article".
The provisions of paragraph (3) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the total amount of prefectural adjusting subsidies under Article 72-2, paragraph (2) of the Revised National Health Insurance Act in fiscal year 2013. In this case, the phrase "in fiscal year 2012" in paragraph (3) of the preceding Article is deemed to be replaced with "in fiscal year 2013"; the phrase "item (vii), less the total amount equivalent to 9/100 of the amount of expenses in excess of the standard for fiscal year 2010 (meaning the amount of expenses in excess of the standard prescribed in Article 70, paragraph (3) of the National Health Insurance Act prior to the amendment by Article 1 of the Act Partially Amending the National Health Insurance Act, etc. to Ensure Stable Operation of the Medical Insurance System (Act No. 35 of 2010), which remains in force pursuant to Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act)" is deemed to be replaced with "item (vii)"; in item (i) of that paragraph, the phrase "the amount listed in paragraph (1), item (i) (in the case where the provisions of the preceding paragraph" is deemed to be replaced with "the amount listed in paragraph (1), item (i) as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (1) of the following Article (in the case where the provisions of the preceding paragraph as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (2) of that Article"; and the phrase "fiscal year 2012" in items (ii) through (v), item (vii) and item (viii) of that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "fiscal year 2013" and the phrase "fiscal year 2010" with "fiscal year 2011".
前条第三項の規定は、平成二十五年度における新国保法第七十二条の二第二項の規定による都道府県調整交付金の総額について準用する。この場合において、前条第三項中「平成二十四年度に」とあるのは「平成二十五年度に」と、「総額から、平成二十二年度の基準超過費用額（医療保険制度の安定的運営を図るための国民健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成二十二年法律第三十五号）附則第四条第一項の規定によりなおその効力を有するものとされた同法第一条の規定による改正前の国民健康保険法第七十条第三項に規定する基準超過費用額をいう。）の百分の九に相当する額の総額を控除した額」とあるのは「総額」と、同項第一号中「第一項第一号に掲げる額（前項」とあるのは「次条第一項において準用する第一項第一号に掲げる額（同条第二項において準用する前項」と、同項第二号から第五号まで、第七号及び第八号中「平成二十四年度」とあるのは「平成二十五年度」と、「平成二十二年度」とあるのは「平成二十三年度」と読み替えるものとする。
