第四十一条
With regard to the sharing of the costs required for insurance benefits pertaining to medical care, medication or treatment, or home-nursing provided before the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 13 under the provisions of the National Health Insurance Act before the amendment by that Article to retired insured persons, etc. prescribed in Article 70, paragraph (1), item (ii) of that Act (excluding those who are actually retired insured persons, etc. prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 13 (hereinafter referred to as the "National Health Insurance Act as Amended in April 2008")), and the expenses required for the execution of those affairs, the provisions of Articles 7 through 21 of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Health Insurance Act as Amended in April 2008 apply by deeming those persons to be retired insured persons, etc. under Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Health Insurance Act as Amended in April 2008.
第十三条の規定の施行の日前に同条による改正前の国民健康保険法の規定により、同法第七十条第一項第二号に規定する退職被保険者等（現に第十三条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法（以下「平成二十年四月改正国保法」という。）附則第七条第一項に規定する退職被保険者等である者を除く。）について行われた診療、薬剤の支給若しくは手当又は訪問看護に係る保険給付に要する費用の負担及びこれらの事務の執行に要する費用については、これらの者を平成二十年四月改正国保法附則第七条第一項の退職被保険者等とみなして、同条から平成二十年四月改正国保法附則第二十一条までの規定を適用する。
