Supplementary Provisions, Article 40Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act

With regard to insurance benefits under the provisions of the National Health Insurance Act before the amendment by the provisions of Article 11 or Article 13, pertaining to medical care, medication or treatment, or home-nursing provided before the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 11 or Article 13, the provisions then in force continue to govern, respectively.
