第四十二条
In the case of calculating the amount of expenses in excess of the standard for fiscal year 2008 and fiscal year 2009 pursuant to the provisions of Article 70, paragraph (3) of the National Health Insurance Act as Amended in April 2008 for a Municipality designated for fiscal year 2006 and fiscal year 2007 pursuant to the provisions of Article 68-2, paragraph (1) of the National Health Insurance Act, the amount is to be calculated, notwithstanding the provisions of that paragraph, as provided for in the provisions of Article 70, paragraph (3) of the National Health Insurance Act before the amendment by the provisions of Article 13.
平成十八年度及び平成十九年度につき国民健康保険法第六十八条の二第一項の規定により指定を受けた市町村について、平成二十年四月改正国保法第七十条第三項の規定により平成二十年度及び平成二十一年度における基準超過費用額を算定する場合においては、同項の規定にかかわらず、第十三条の規定による改正前の国民健康保険法第七十条第三項の規定の例により算定する。
