Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Transitional Measures Concerning the Term of Office of Members
第七条（委員の任期に関する経過措置）
With regard to the term of office of a person who is a member of the Central Minimum Wage Council or a Local Minimum Wage Council on the day preceding the day this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行の日の前日において中央最低賃金審議会又は地方最低賃金審議会の委員である者の任期については、なお従前の例による。
