第四条
The minimum wage decided for a specific region under the provisions of Article 16, paragraph (1) of the former Act, and in effect at the time this Act comes into effect (including one amended under the provisions of Article 16-3 of the former Act), is deemed to be a minimum wage decided under the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (1) of the new Act.
この法律の施行の際現に効力を有する旧法第十六条第一項の規定により一定の地域について決定された最低賃金（旧法第十六条の三の規定により改正されたものを含む。）は、新法第十条第一項の規定により決定された最低賃金とみなす。
