第十条（検討）
The Government, with a target of five years after this Act comes into effect, is to take into consideration the status of enforcement of the provisions as amended by this Act, and other circumstances, and conduct a review of the approach to regulation under the provisions of the new Act, and, when it finds it necessary, is to take the necessary measures based on the results of that review.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、この法律の規定による改正後の規定の施行の状況等を勘案し、新法の規定に基づく規制の在り方について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
