第八条（事業報告書等に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Articles 50-2 through 52 of the Medical Care Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 apply to the accounting of a medical corporation for fiscal years beginning on or after the day this Act comes into effect, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the accounting of a medical corporation for fiscal years that began before the day this Act comes into effect.
第二条の規定による改正後の医療法第五十条の二から第五十二条までの規定は、この法律の施行の日以後に開始する会計年度に係る医療法人の会計について適用し、この法律の施行の日前に開始した会計年度に係る医療法人の会計については、なお従前の例による。
