Supplementary Provisions, Article 11Transitional Measures Concerning Terms of Office of Officers
第十一条（役員の任期に関する経過措置）
The term of office of a person who is an officer of a medical corporation when this Act comes into effect is to be the same period as that person's remaining term of office as an officer when this Act comes into effect, notwithstanding Article 46-2, paragraph (3) of the New Medical Care Act.
この法律の施行の際現に医療法人の役員である者の任期は、新医療法第四十六条の二第三項の規定にかかわらず、この法律の施行の際におけるその者の役員としての残任期間と同一の期間とする。
