第十条の六（認定の失効）
When six years have passed since the day a certified medical corporation became a new medical corporation, the certification under Article 10-3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions (including the certification under Article 10-4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions) that the certified medical corporation received ceases to be effective.
認定医療法人が新医療法人になった日から六年を経過したときは、当該認定医療法人が受けた附則第十条の三第一項の認定（附則第十条の四第一項の認定を含む。）は、その効力を失う。
