第百三十八条
A medical institution work environment evaluation center must not suspend or abolish all or part of the evaluation services, etc. without obtaining approval from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
医療機関勤務環境評価センターは、厚生労働大臣の許可を受けなければ、評価等業務の全部又は一部を休止し、又は廃止してはならない。
