第百三十三条
A medical institution work environment evaluation center may collect, from a person seeking to receive the evaluation under Article 131, paragraph (1), item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions, a fee in an amount that the medical institution work environment evaluation center determines with the approval of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
医療機関勤務環境評価センターは、第百三十一条第一項第一号の評価を受けようとする者から、医療機関勤務環境評価センターが厚生労働大臣の認可を受けて定める額の手数料を徴収することができる。
