No party may place any advertisement with regard to a facility for receiving online medical care, regardless of whether it is made in writing or by any other means, except in cases specified by an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as cases where there is little risk of hindering appropriate selection of medical care by medical care recipients.
何人も、オンライン診療受診施設に関して、文書その他いかなる方法によるを問わず、医療を受ける者による医療に関する適切な選択が阻害されるおそれが少ない場合として厚生労働省令で定める場合を除いては、広告をしてはならない。
