If requested by the Minister of Justice or the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency to check on the particulars of a foreign national's residence in connection with the handling of administrative affairs prescribed in the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare is to provide the Minister of Justice or the Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency with information regarding notices under paragraph (1) of the preceding Article or notices under paragraph (3) of the same Article.
厚生労働大臣は、法務大臣又は出入国在留管理庁長官から、出入国管理及び難民認定法に定める事務の処理に関し、外国人の在留に関する事項の確認のための求めがあつたときは、前条第一項の規定による届出及び同条第三項の規定による通知に係る情報を提供するものとする。
