第五条（検討）
Approximately five years after the enforcement of this Act, the government is to review the provisions of the New Specified Commercial Transactions Act according to the changes in the situation of commercial transactions that arise in the everyday lives of the people and any other economic and social conditions, and take necessary measures based on the results of its review.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、国民の日常生活に係る商取引に関する事情その他の経済的社会的環境の変化に応じ、新特定商取引法の規定に検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
