第六条（検討）
The government is to review the provisions of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions in response to any changes in the circumstances of the commercial transactions that arise in the everyday lives of the people and any other economic and social conditions, and is to take any necessary measures based on the results of its review.
政府は、国民の日常生活に係る商取引に関する事情その他の経済的社会的環境の変化に応じ、特定商取引法の規定に検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
