Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of its promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 19 and Article 21, item (ii) of this Act and Articles 3 and 4 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date of its promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、第十九条、第二十一条第二号、附則第三条及び附則第四条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
