In addition to what is provided for in Article 39-2, the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry may file an inquiry with or require cooperation from the relevant administrative organs and relevant local governments in connection with administrative affairs based on the provisions of this Act.
経済産業大臣は、第三十九条の二に規定するもののほか、この法律の規定に基づく事務に関し、関係行政機関又は関係地方公共団体に対し、照会し、又は協力を求めることができる。
