In addition to what is provided for in Article 4-5 through the preceding Article, necessary particulars concerning the receipt carried out by JPS pursuant to Article 100-11 of the Act are prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
第四条の五から前条までに定めるもののほか、法第百条の十一の規定により機構が行う収納について必要な事項は、厚生労働省令で定める。
When the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare establishes the Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare prescribed in the preceding paragraph, the Minister must consult the Minister of Finance in advance.
厚生労働大臣は、前項に規定する厚生労働省令を定めるときは、あらかじめ、財務大臣に協議しなければならない。
