All or a part of the authority of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism who is the road management body prescribed in Article 76-6 and the authority of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism prescribed in paragraphs (1) and (2) of the preceding Article may be delegated to the Regional Development Bureau Director General or Hokkaido Development Bureau Director General as provided for by Cabinet Order.
