Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 2 years from the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して二年を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions amending Article 11, paragraph (1) (excluding the part replacing "Article 9" with "Article 8"), the provisions deleting the heading preceding Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions amending that Article and the provisions adding a heading preceding Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions, and the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;
第十一条第一項の改正規定（「第九条」を「第八条」に改める部分を除く。）、附則第三条の前の見出しを削る改正規定、同条の改正規定及び附則第四条の前に見出しを付する改正規定並びに附則第三条の規定 公布の日
the provisions amending Article 27, paragraph (1) (excluding the part replacing "Article 2, paragraph (2), item (xxviii)-2" with "Article 2, paragraph (2), item (xxx)"), the provisions amending paragraph (3) of that Article, the provisions amending Article 26, paragraph (1) (limited to the part adding "in this Article" after "(hereinafter", replacing "a fine of 500,000 yen" with "imprisonment with work for one year or less or a fine of 1,000,000 yen", and replacing "is punished" with "is punished, or both are imposed concurrently"), the provisions amending paragraph (3) of that Article, and the provisions amending Article 25 (limited to the part replacing "a fine of 500,000 yen" with "imprisonment with work for one year or less or a fine of 1,000,000 yen", and replacing "is punished" with "is punished, or both are imposed concurrently"): the date on which one month has elapsed from the date of promulgation.
第二十七条第一項の改正規定（「第二条第二項第二十八号の二」を「第二条第二項第三十号」に改める部分を除く。）、同条第三項の改正規定、第二十六条第一項の改正規定（「（以下」の下に「この条において」を加え、「五十万円」を「一年以下の懲役若しくは百万円」に、「処する」を「処し、又はこれを併科する」に改める部分に限る。）、同条第三項の改正規定及び第二十五条の改正規定（「五十万円」を「一年以下の懲役若しくは百万円」に、「処する」を「処し、又はこれを併科する」に改める部分に限る。） 公布の日から起算して一月を経過した日
