第十四条（新株予約権無償割当てに関する経過措置）
With regard to an allotment of share options without contribution, in the case where, before the effective date, the matters set forth in the items of Article 278, paragraph (1) of the former Companies Act were determined, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に旧会社法第二百七十八条第一項各号に掲げる事項の決定があった場合におけるその新株予約権無償割当てについては、なお従前の例による。
