第十一条（株式の併合に関する経過措置）
With regard to a consolidation of shares, in the case where, before the effective date, the procedures for calling the shareholders meeting to adopt the resolution under Article 180, paragraph (2) of the former Companies Act were commenced, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に旧会社法第百八十条第二項の決議をするための株主総会の招集手続が開始された場合におけるその株式の併合については、なお従前の例による。
