Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2002; provided, however, that the provision of Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 9, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Commercial Code, etc. and Other Matters (Act No. 79 of 2001) comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、平成十四年四月一日から施行する。ただし、附則第十一条中商法等の一部を改正する等の法律（平成十三年法律第七十九号）附則第九条第一項の改正規定は、公布の日から施行する。
